TinjauanThe implementation of BPJS Kesehatan in 2014 has significantly increased the demand for accessible primary healthcare services. With only 20,708 clinics to serve 260 million population of Indonesia who are mandated to be BPJS Kesehatan members by 2019, Siloam Clinic was established to support the developing primary healthcare services in Indonesia. Serving both BPJS and private patients, Siloam Clinic provides outpatient services which include consultation with general practitioners, dental treatments and pharmacies with network of midwives and laboratories.
