The implementation of BPJS Kesehatan in 2014 has significantly increased the demand for accessible primary healthcare services. With only 20,708 clinics to serve 260 million population of Indonesia who are mandated to be BPJS Kesehatan members by 2019, Siloam Clinic was established to support the developing primary healthcare services in Indonesia.
